JÖRG, KORNEEV, ZU SCHAUMBURG-LIPPE AND TANG IN THE FR.2.0 ALPS CHAMPIONSHIP

Today we are pleased to announce our drivers for the 2013 Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS Championship, and it will come as no surprise that it is a very cosmopolitan lineup for 2013.

Kevin Joerg (CH), from Weesen: 17-year old Kevin successfully completed his first season with us in the 2012 Formula Abarth European Series and ended the year as the 2nd placed Rookie. Additionally he finished the Formula Abarth Italian Championship in 6th overall with several podium places. With generous support from Autobau as his main sponsor, Kevin has opted to run a double program in 2013 and will participate in the prestigious FR2.0 Eurocup and the FR2.0 ALPS championship.

Denis Korneev (RUS), from Moscow, Russia: Denis turned 20 in March and after a season in the Auto Sport Academy in France, and a series of private tests with the team, he is now ready to take up the challenge of the ALPS Championship with Jenzer Motorsport.

Andrew Tang (SIN), from Singapore: Andrew, who is 18-years old, competed in the 2012/13 Toyota Racing Series in New Zealand, but after a handful of tests decided to continue his racing apprenticeship with us here in Europe. Last year he competed in Europe successfully in a number of karting events.

Prinz Max zu Schauburg-Lippe (D), ), living in Zug (CH); Max participated successfully in 2012 in several races of the Formula LO Lista Championship, and also took part in a testing program with us. This year he will compete in the demanding ALPS Championship with us.
