FR2.0 EUROCUP – TESTING AT THE REDBULLRING

The 12 FR2.0 Eurocup teams met up for the final two test days before the first race of the season. The test, at the RedBullRing in Austria, had been postponed because of the prevailing weather (lots of very persistent snow). Now temperatures of over 10°C greeted the participants, and the sun finally shone on us.

Our drivers Marcos Siebert and Levin Amweg were soon battling it out, while under Eurocup rules Kevin Joerg was only permitted to run on day two, so Denis Korneev drove for us on the first day instead. The team was working hard, even having to change an engine on Levin’s car. Our drivers all finished in the second part of the field, though on an official test day it is usually very hard to say what the results really should be as different drivers use different amounts of tyres, and not everybody is on track at the same time of day.

We are now looking forward to the first race meeting of the Eurocup, which takes place on 27^th/28^th April at Motorland Aragon (E).
