Qualifying Race One (25 minutes + 1 lap) – Group B versus Group C

Saturday, 05/09/26, 11.10, Weather: Sunny, 34°C

The first race started in the midday heat. Levi didn't get a good start and was in 12th place after the first lap. He was making progress, but then got involved in a collision with Pedersen and dropped back to 18th. From there, Levi began another charge through the field, managing to climb to 15th place and secure the final point. Bader held his position after the start. He then managed to move up to 12th place. On the penultimate lap, he braked too late and went off the track. In the end, he was classified in 29th position. Teo still had a grid penalty from the last race to serve and therefore had to start far back. He managed to climb back up to 18th place. Nicolas was involved in a collision at the start and had to have his front wing changed in the pit lane. He was able to continue the race, but after a few laps, he reappeared in the pits. His race was unfortunately over.
Several penalties were handed out after the race. Unfortunately, Levi and Teo also received a time penalty for not slowing down sufficiently under the yellow flag. This caused them both to drop several places, and Levi lost the one point.

The safety car had to be deployed immediately. Unfortunately, Elia was also taken out, and his race was over with a badly damaged car.
