The second of three races of the E4 Championship took place on the fast GP circuit of Paul Ricard (F). A large field of 38 cars were registered. Our drivers participated as guest drivers.

Qualifying

Saturday, 18/07/26, 11.10 – 11.25 Q2

The rules allow for two qualifying sessions of 15 minutes, with a 10-minute break in between. The Qualifying 1 times determine the grid for Race 1 and the times from Qualifying 2 determine the grid for Race 2. The starting order for Race 3 is based on the 2^nd best lap time of each driver in either of the two qualifying sessions.

During the qualifying sessions, the sun beat down hotly on Paul Ricard. Our drivers managed a good first qualifying session, but in the second session they got lost in traffic and did not improve enough.

E4 Championship

Race One (30 minutes + 1 lap)

The first race started in the sweltering afternoon heat. The sun was blazing, and the Mistral wind was only blowing moderately. Bader got off to a good start and quickly moved up to 16^th place. Teo lost some momentum and dropped back to 22^nd. Ella had held her position, but was soon hit by a car and sent flying off the track. Her race was over before she had even completed a full lap. The safety car took over, and it took several laps to repair the track safety measures. At the restart, Bader improved again and worked his way up to 14^th place by the end of the race. Teo battled for position in the midfield and ultimately finished in 21^st place.

E4 Championship

Race Two (30 minutes + 1 lap)

Sunday 19/07/26, 11.00, Weather: Sunny, 33°C

On Sunday morning, the sun beat down on the track with unwavering intensity. This time, Teo got the best start and immediately began gaining positions. He soon improved to 16^th place. Later, he managed to move up another place, ultimately crossing the finish line in 15^th. Bader held his position for several laps, but then also moved forward, eventually improving to 19^th place. Ella only got away this time after the entire field had passed her. Undeterred, she launched a daring comeback. In a rapid drive, Ella improved from 38^th to 27^th place. She overtook her female competitor Panzeri, thus securing her place on the podium as the best female competitor in the Woman Trophy.

E4 Championship

Race Three (30 minutes + 1 lap)

Sunday, 19/07/26, 17.25, Weather: Sunny, 37°C

The third race started at the end of a long, hot afternoon. It was very difficult for the young drivers to deliver another top performance. An accident occurred right after the start, unfortunately involving Bader. He managed to get back to the pits, where his team quickly changed his front wing. After rejoining the race, there was another accident directly in front of him, which he couldn't avoid. With further damage, his race was now over. Teo had a good start and managed to avoid all the incidents. He finished in 17^th place. Ella was doing well until lap 10 of 12, when she was pushed, spun off the track, and had to stop with damage. She still finished in 32^nd place.
