RICHARD GONDA IN THE GP3 SERIES

Just ahead of official testing in Valencia we are delighted to introduce our third driver in the GP3 Series team:

He is Richard Gonda, 22 years old, from Slovakia. In 2015 Richard competed in the RS Trophy in the World Series by Renault program and finished as runner up in the Prestige category as well as in the Endurance class. During past seasons he was collecting valuable experience in single seater series, he took part in few tests of Formula Renault 3.5 and GP2. In 2014 he raced in the Formula Acceleration 1 and in 2013 he became champion of European F3 Open Cup. Before that he was racing in ex-series of FIA F2 and three seasons in Formula Renault 2.0. His motorsport career in cars kicked off when he was 15 years old after five successful years in karts.

Richard is eager to be back in a single seater car and is keen to take part in the GP3 Series with us. After a hard physical preparation during the winter he feels ready to kick off the season at Valencia, a track which he already knows. He is very motivated to show his best during the whole season under the watchful eyes of the Formula 1 circus.

The next GP3 Series tests will be held on 7^th/8^th April 2016 in Valencia (E).
