SWEDEN’S BEST YOUNG MOTORSPORT MECHANIC IS PIERE ERIKSSON OF JENZER MOTORSPORT

Piere Eriksson, 24, may have been one of the happiest among the many price winners at the annual medal ceremony arranged by the Swedish Automobile Sports Confederation, SBF, this year held at Globe Hotel in Stockholm. There he received the prestigious “Young Technician Award” which has been awarded to the best Swedish race technicians, below the age of 25, since 2006. The award, consisting of a 15.000 sek scholarship, was established by Swedish Motor Trade (MYN) in cooperation with SBF and is aimed to support young talents towards further education in the motorsports industry.
Benny Wallin, responsible on account of MAF and Bilproffs.se is happy with the results of the cooperation with SBF and said:
–“This year’s recipient of the Young Technician Award strengthens our belief that we have chosen the right path. In particular the fact that this year’s recipient was nominated by a racing team with high international reputation confirms that.
